Shipping & Delivery
All Products are shipped in the smallest configuration to prevent damage and to lower shipping costs. This means that all products may require partial or full assembly. If you would like the products pre-assembled on delivery, please contact support for assembly and shipping costs.
Because our products arr (like Pirates) made to order, most have a 1 to 7 day processing /lead time. In general orders ship out the following Monday after your order has been placed.
All orders shipped via UPS ground or common carrier (truck) in general arrive within 1 to 7 business days. International estimated arrival times will be determined just prior to shipment and will be emailed to you. Use of 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services are always made available. Just call or email Amonix with any questions or concerns regarding your order.
Amonix will track most orders within minutes. You will recieve a tracking number through email once we ship your order
Privacy & Security
Amonix works to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
Amonix.net will never ask you for the following information in an e-mail communication:
-Your social security number or tax identification number
-Your credit card number, PIN number, or credit card security code (including “updates” to any of the above)
-Your Amonix.net password
Returns & Replacements
Upon returning any merchandise, please contact Amonixs Customer Service Department to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Any Orders returned without an RA# may experience delays in the credit process.
When returning merchandise for any other reason, a restocking charge of 25% may apply to any items returned within 30 days. Items returned after 30 days may be subject to a 30% restocking charge, and are accepted at our discretion. If items are not returned in resalable condition, the cost to refurbish will be deducted from your refund. Absolutely no credit will be applied if products are returned and determined to be damaged beyond repair.
Note: Custom built items, built to order, and overstock may not be returned. If non-returnable orders with no shipping damage are refused, there is no refund and you are responsible for all redelivery fees. Redelivery fees are paid in advance of redelivery and are non refundable.
If for any reason you have not received the correct product or it is defective (This does not include shipping damage. See Amonixs Shipping Damage Policy above, concerning shipping damage.), we will be happy to arrange for a replacement order to be shipped to you at our expense. Amonix will also arrange to have a carrier pickup your merchandise at our expense.
Customers have up to 60 days following delivery to inform Amonix of any issues relating to their delivery. After 60 days Amonix management will make the decision whether to assist customers with their return or decline.
Shipping Damage
Amonix may not be held accountable or responsible for products damaged during shipment if the customer fails to inspect all products and accepts them damaged.
Before signing for any delivery, be sure to inspect all packages for any sign of damage during shipment. If items are found to be damaged, refuse delivery of the damaged items only and have them returned to the warehouse of origin. Its the customers responsibility to accept any undamaged product if and whenever possible.
Contact Amonixs Customer Service Department within 24 – 48 hours and well arrange to replace the damaged merchandise ASAP! Reports of damaged product resulting from shipping after 48 hours may result in further delays and in some cases impossible to correct with the delivery service.
Sales Tax
Amonix is only responsible for collecting sales tax on products delivered to Kansas. If you do not take delivery in Kansas, you are responsible for any and all taxes that you are required to pay to your state, city or federal government. If you are tax exempt and are taking delivery anywhere in the United States, it is your responsibility to notify Amonix of this and provide your tax exempt number and certificate before authorizing shipment of your order.
International customers are responsible for additional broker fees, customs fees, taxes or duties.
Canceling Orders
Once orders are placed and shipping is approved, orders may be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. Once orders have been shipped, products may be returned per our return policy. If orders have not been damaged in shipping and they are refused, the order will be handled as a return. If items are custom built or built to order, they cannot be cancelled.
Payment Inquiries
Once a custom order is delivered you will have 30 days to make payment. If no payment is made or a payment arrangement is not setup there will be an additional 10% late fee added to the bill on the 30th day, which will reoccur each 30 days of non-payment.
